JIGAWA
PROJECTS
Ansar Group of Companies has successfully executed transformative agricultural projects, focused on wheat and rice production. Key initiatives include the extensive cultivation of 5,000 hectares through the National Agricultural Growth Scheme and Agro Project (NAGS-AP) under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS) with a grant from the African Development Bank (AfDB) for the 2023-2024. This program has significantly boosted local wheat production, enhancing food security and providing sustainable livelihoods for farmers. Additionally, our rice production projects have introduced innovative farming techniques and high-yield varieties, further contributing to the agricultural development of the region. We are currently cultivating hundreds of hectares of hibiscus, soyabeans, sweet potatoes, and several hundred hectares of rice. Ansar Group is open to production and processing partnerships.
